62bat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "62bat") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all use of 62bat's services, including the website, mobile app, and any related services.

To open an account on 62bat, the following conditions must be met:
- Each person may only One Account Only open. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
- Placing bets or conducting transactions on behalf of another person through your account is strictly prohibited.
- 62bat reserves the right to close any account at any time if false information was provided during registration.
- After registration, you must verify your account using a phone number or email OTP.
62bat reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion. If an account application is rejected, any deposited funds will be returned.
62bat is an 18+ platform. We follow a strict KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent access by minors.
Documents required for KYC verification: National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or when transactions exceed a specified amount.
- No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use 62bat.
- Providing false information during verification will result in immediate account closure.
- 62bat may request additional verification on any account it considers suspicious.

62bat supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits:
- Deposits must be made using only the account holder's own payment method. Using someone else's number or card is not permitted.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and a maximum single-transaction limit applies.
- Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there's a delay, please contact support.
- Third-party payments are not accepted and any such transactions will be voided.
- Suspicious payment activity may be reported to law enforcement.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals of winnings from 62bat:
- Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any balance associated with a bonus.
- The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits.
- To prevent money laundering, 62bat may request additional documentation where necessary.
Important: Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete. Verify your account and withdraw with confidence.
62bat regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotional deals. The following important conditions apply to the use of these bonuses:
- Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement — typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount.
- Each bonus can only be used once per specific offer.
- Wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal can be made after accepting a bonus.
- The welcome bonus is for new members only — each person can claim it just once.
- Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
- 62bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 62bat and cover all Sports Betting, casino games, and virtual games:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- 62bat reserves the right to void bets confirmed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
- In live betting, any bets already confirmed at the time of an internet disconnection will remain valid.
- Any pre-match bet mistakenly accepted after a match has started will be voided.
- Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the specific event and market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 62bat. Any violation will result in serious consequences:
- Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
- Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- Match Fixing: Any attempt to influence or manipulate game outcomes.
- Money Laundering: Use of illicit funds or attempted money laundering.
- Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus wagering requirements.
- Hacking: Any attempt to breach platform security.
Warning: Involvement in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

- Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is always available.

If an account is closed, the return of any verified balance (excluding bonuses) is considered on a case-by-case basis. Balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a violation.
